Truth Seekers Library Member Registration Form
Truth Seekers Library (TSL) is an initiative of Truth Seekers Foundation. The main objective of TSL is to provide good moral, ethical and spiritual books to children. The books of TSL are inspired by Quran, Prophets and Ahlulbait.

Terms & Conditions -
1. Members can borrow 2 books for one week.   
2. TS Library membership is free (one time small fees initially for new members and free for existing TSKids subscriber or TSF member)
3. TSL will not charge fees for late return of items. If you have kept an item later than its due date, you will not be able to borrow new items until the items are renewed or returned. 
4. Parents need to register as a member with TSL for kids.
5. In case a book is lost or damaged, member should provide cost of the book to the library.
6. We will be using Librarika as third party library management software system to manage books, members and circulation of books. Some of your information will be shared with Librarika to manage the circulation of books and reminders.
7. We may use your kids photographs in magazine or social media. In case you have concern please inform us.

Privacy -
1. We will only collect personal information from you with your prior knowledge and consent. We will only use your personal information provided by you for the purpose for which it was collected and purpose of notifying you. We will not disclose your personal information without consent to third party or authority except where required by law. You are entitled to view all your personal information held by us.
